We send text messages to provide users with information about their account, such as two-factor authentication (2FA). We also send text messages to users about the various activities on forms, such as daily/monthly/yearly screening reminders. We also send text messages to provide administrators with information about their organizations, such as new member registration.

Users can opt in to receive text messages by providing their phone numbers and agreeing to our privacy policy from the user dropdown menu on the web application. Users can opt out of receiving text messages by deleting their phone numbers from the application.

Our application integrates with Microsoft Entra Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow you to sign in with your Microsoft account.

When you choose to sign in with your SSO provider, we will access the following information from your SSO provider:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address

We only collect the data relevant to your use of our application.

We use the information from your SSO provider, in order to:

  • Create user accounts within our application.
  • Conduct the user authentication to access our application.
